Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films and designer tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
